David Paul's Island Grill is available for your own private event. Total seated
capacity is 175 including the beautiful Sunset Terrace and Lānai Lounge. We call
our décor "Tropical Chic, Island Cool" and it features dark and light
coffee colors, copper accents, beautiful blue-greens. We guarantee it will
bring out the "island feeling" in you and your guests! Open windows
to the kitchen, a large open bar area, and frosted windows evocative of the
islands all create a setting that is breathtaking and unforgettable.
The river rock walls you
see when you enter David Paul's Island Grill create an island feel as soon as
you walk in the door. Follow the mahogany handrails and dark wood columns to
our very own walk-in wine cellar where guests can select their own bottles.
We'll seat you in one of our distinctive dining areas, many of which give
guests the chance to watch Chef David Paul and his kitchen team in action.
Frosted glass features are evocative of the islands, while blue-green and gold
tones calm the senses and whet your appetite for the fabulous food that
follows.
If you prefer cocktails only, we invite you to join us at our
turn-of-the-century, reed-panel back lit bar. Chat over a drink or watch your
favorite team on our flat screen TVs while enjoying the comfort of deep leather
bar seats. Mirror displays for our top shelf beverages; crackle glass gold
sconces, and gorgeous, locally crafted glass accent panels add to the ambiance.
Then, we invite you to take a seat at the adjoining European-style Sky Lounge
area appointed with unique "woven" furniture with large, comfortable
upholstery. David Paul's Island Grill, on Maui, anticipates the needs of every
guest and guarantees that every guest will have an exceptional restaurant
experience.
SUNSET TERRACE
Up to 60 guests can enjoy the unobstructed Maui ocean and sunset view with the
Island of Lāna‘i just across the channel. All this and the action of Lahaina
town just steps away.
Fashionable draw-down shades offer privacy and comfort. The Sunset Terrace can
be closed off from the restaurant with options for a portable outdoor bar and
food service station.

OUTDOOR SKY LOUNGE
Enjoy cocktails, passed appetizers and the company of friends or family in our
outdoor Sky Lounge. This refined and relaxed lounge setting has a fire pit,
soft lighting, comfortable over sized furniture, and amplified music. This area
easily seats 25 guests and allows standing room for many more. Feel the
tropical Maui breeze while enjoying the company of your guests.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Set in the rear of our restaurant, our beautifully appointed private dining
room offers a partial view of our action kitchen while still providing an
exclusive environment. The room is adjacent to our outdoor Lānai Lounge, where
most groups choose to begin their event where cocktails are served in an
elegant al fresco lounge setting complete with fire pit, mood lighting, and amplified
music.
The private dining room can be configured with banquet‐style or individual dining tables to
accommodate up to 55 guests and is separated from the restaurant by privacy
doors and private access points. The décor is comfortable; the ambiance in
soothing tones of gold and Venetian finish with frosted windows depicting the
islands in the distance. Reserve the private dining room for you next dinner
party, business meeting, or cocktail and pupu reception.

RESTAURANT BUYOUTS
David Paul's Island Grill is available for exclusive restaurant buyouts, accommodating
up to 175 seated guests utilizing our Sunset Terrace, Main dining room, and
private dining room. Indulge in the ultimate experience offering privacy,
optional entertainment and Chef David Paul's legendary cuisine in the company
of only your friends, family or coworkers.
